Ongoing Maintenance Plans
For families who want peace of mind knowing that the site is cared for year-round.
We now offer two tiers of year-round care, allowing you to choose the level of protection that fits your family and your loved one’s memorial.
1. The “Seasonal Refresh” Plan | $299 / yr
Best for: Clients who want the site to look perfectly manicured for every season.
What’s Included:
✅ 4 Scheduled Visits Per Year (Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter).
✅ Quarterly Site Grooming: Full, professional edging, hand-weeding, and debris removal at every visit.
✅ “Bio-Boost” D/2 Treatment: A fresh application of D/2 Biological Solution at every visit to prevent new growth before it starts.
✅ Seasonal Photo Reports: Digital “After” photos sent to you after every visit.
2. The “Legacy Annual Care” Plan | Starting at $199 / yr
Best for: Year-round peace of mind at an economical price point.
What’s Included:
✅ One Deep Biological Restoration: A full, Tier-1 or Tier-2 level restoration cleaning per year.
✅ Two Scheduled Seasonal Refreshes: Visits between cleanings for site grooming, edging, and general maintenance.
✅ Year-Round Condition Monitoring: We alert you immediately to new cracks, shifts, or concerns.
Flexible Payment Options
We believe that preserving a legacy should be accessible to every family. If you prefer not to pay the full amount upfront for our Maintenance Plans or Tier 3 Restorations, we offer flexible payment terms:
The “Legacy Deposit”: Start any restoration or annual plan with a 50% deposit. This secures your date on our calendar and covers the initial cost of our professional D/2 biological supplies. The remaining balance is due only once the initial deep-cleaning is complete.
Monthly Maintenance Billing: For our Seasonal Refresh ($299) and Annual Care ($199) plans, we can set up quarterly billing.
Example: $25/month covers your Annual Care Plan, ensuring your loved one’s site is never forgotten.
Secure Invoicing: We send professional digital invoices via email or text. You can pay securely with a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer—no need to mail checks or carry cash to the cemetery.
The Legacy Guarantee
As always, we do NO HARM. All of our maintenance uses the same professional, NCPTT-approved standards and D/2 Biological Solution we use for our high-end restorations. We never use bleach, wire brushes, or high-pressure washers.
